EarthLink will never delete any messages from your Inbox or any other folder you create in Web Mail for storing your messages. Only Trash and Spam are ever automatically deleted.

If you can't find your messages, see these articles for help:

Is this really true? Seems to me I logged into an account that wasn't checked in 90 days, and I got a note that messages had been deleted. That would be a BAD thing, especially when here you say never, and also Google and most other systems never delete it either. I might be mistaken, but I just wanted to clarify that you really mean "never".

Yes, never. Messages are never deleted by EarthLink except those you have put in the Trash (deleted according to your own Trash deletion setting) and those in the Known Spam folder.

This question indicated that messages in my INBOX will not be automatically deleted. Ours are being deleted periodically (almost daily). How can i stop this from happening.

They are being downloaded and deleted by the other email software you are running on your computer, and you will find all the messages in that software. I see many instances of this in your mailbox logs. You will find this FAQ helpful in understanding and stopping this from happening.

Is it possible to recover email from eathlink after it has been deleted from earthlink trash?

No, once you empty the trash it is permanently deleted.
