Last night we fixed the problem where certain domains could not view their mailbox using Mobile Email on their mobile device. These included ix.netcom.com and a few other non-earthlink domains used by our customers. Users reported that when they log in, their messages were not shown. If you log in with those accounts now, the mailbox contents will appear the same as seen in regular Web Mail.
This problem was discovered due to feedback here. Please continue to report any problems.
Other than that we haven't seen any major problems with the launch, so in a week or so our monthly eLink newsletter will mention Mobile Email and encourage all users to try it.

This is nice and all, but are there any plans to offer Iphone support? I would love to check my Teleport email using its built-in Mail program instead of something web-based. With so many Iphones being used, its a bit surprising and disapointing no service is offered.

I tried accessing webmail using a Crickett Wireless MSGM8 phone. I tried both regular web mail and mobile web mail. In both instances, I received the message "untrusted server certificate"
I tried calling support but they weren't very helpful.
Any help/ideas would be appreciated.
thanks

I use iOS (iPad & iPhone also had Treo and Blackberry) and POP settings (i have sprynet and earthlink) should work fine like on your desktops. Set it up with the "Other" setting in iOS for mail and use POP.
What is really needed is IMAP, ActiveSync or MAPI available for us mobile users so we can see the same mail across multiple devices or desktop using the a mail client. And if we can sync contacts, it would be a plus. The changes to web and the APP is welcomed, but still lags in what others offer.
Don't spend time with you own EarthLink APP, give us a update to reflect where technology needs are going.
Thanks - Allan

When are you going to catch up with the times and add IMAP technology. It's really needed for people with multiple devices. Please!
